The Surgebreaker Plus Whole House device is designed to deliver surge suppressionthat addresses the entire home. AC modules are connected to the circuit breaker load center and provide suppression for all equipment connected to the power system. This Whole House system incorporates AC modules as well as modules for other metallic lines coming into the home including telephone/DSL and coaxial video/data. For use on 12/24 VAC single phase, 3 wire systems with an isolated ground. This device provides 8 kA of short circuit protection and 8 kA of surge protection per phase and comes in consumer package. The surge protection device is in a NEMA 1 house. The surge protection device is combinated surface and flush mounting. The surge protection device is CSA certifed by UL.
